Hotel cashback terms & conditions.

-	This Promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid for all international hotel transactions completed and submitted on www.travelocity.co.in (the “Travelocity Website”) between January 18, 2010 and April 10, 2010. The organizer of this Promotion is Travelocity.com Pvt Ltd (“Travelocity” or “Travelocity India”).
-	The Promotion is applicable on any hotel booking (unique Trip ID), for a total of Rs. 4000 or more made on the Travelocity India Website (www.travelocity.co.in).
-	The offer is only applicable on hotels bearing a “hot deals” label.
-	The Promotion will be made through transaction reversal “Cashback” refund for a sum of Rs. 1500 for bookings valid under the criteria mentioned above.
-	This promotion cannot be clubbed with any other promotional schemes, promotions or sale already running on www.travelocity.co.in
-	The Cashback shall be issued to the same Credit Card used for the purpose of making the payment at the time of purchase, within 15 working days from the date of purchase.
-	The cashback amount will reflect on the card statement of the customer and will not reflect on the hotel booking confirmation voucher.
-	In the event you have made a booking and subsequently need to cancel the booking, the booking terms and conditions of the hotel will apply.
-	In the event you wish to cancel your booking after the cashback has been credited to your credit card, you agree that Travelocity India shall be entitled to deduct the amount of the cashback from any refund to be made to you. You undertake to remit the amount of the cashback to Travelocity India if no refund is to be made to you.
-	The Promotion is not applicable on hotel chains owned or operated by the the Marriott group: Marriott Hotels & Resorts, JW Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Renaissance Hotels & Resorts, Courtyard by Marriott, Residence Inn by Marriott, Fairfield Inn by Marriott, Marriott Conference Centers, TownePlace Suites by Marriott, SpringHill Suites by Marriott, Marriott Vacation Club, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., The Ritz-Carlton Club, Marriott ExecuStay, Marriott Executive Apartments, Grand Residences by Marriott.

General Terms & Conditions

-	Travelocity is not a supplier of the products or services redeemed under this promotion and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
-	Your use of this promotion is subject to the Travelocity India User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
-	There is no restriction imposed by Travelocity India on the stay dates except that this Promotion is made purely on a first come, first served basis. Travelocity does not make any representations and warranties as to the availability of hotel rooms on any given date.
-	All tickets purchased under the Promotion shall be subject to cancellation/date change rules of hotels and the date change or cancellation penalty as per hotels rules shall apply. In case of a cancellation, Travelocity shall adjust the cashback amount, applicable airline cancellation penalty and Rs: 350/- as cancellation and handling charges. The refund shall be processed after deduction of the same.
-	This Promotion is valid for Indian Residents and Citizens only aged eighteen (18) years and above. You declare that you are of at least 18 years of age by completing and submitting a booking in relation to this Promotion.
-	All bookings are subjected to satisfying fraud and credit risk assessment and any booking failing to satisfy the fraud and credit risk assessment shall be automatically disqualified from this Promotion.
-	Travelocity India reserves the right to do any of the following at anytime, without prior notice to (i) add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions; or (ii) to replace wholly or in part, the above Promotions by any other Promotions, whether of an equivalent or similar value, in its sole discretion; or (iii) to withdraw it altogether.
-	Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Travelocity India to conduct further, similar or other Promotions.
-	Travelocity India and their affiliates, including their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct, indirect, special or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any voucher/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
-	Travelocity India will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this incentive scheme (competition) if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of Travelocity India including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures.
-	Travelocity India’s decision will be final on any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Promotion. The terms and conditions of this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of India.
-	All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.

Rs. 3000 cashback for any international flight & hotel booked together in single booking

-	This promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid for all Package (international flight + hotel) transactions completed and submitted on www.travelocity.co.in (the “Travelocity Website”) for Domestic or International packages between January 18, 2010 and April 10, 2010. The organizer of this promotion is Travelocity.com Pvt Ltd (“Travelocity” or “Travelocity India”)
-	To avail the Promotion, customer is required to make a booking for any international flight and hotel in the same transaction on the travelocity package booking path. Separate transactions made or completed by the same Cardholder will not qualify for this Promotion. The above cash back will be applicable only on the base fare of the total airfare, exclusive of all taxes i.e. airport taxes, airline taxes, fuel surcharge or any other applicable tax.
-	Travelocity will make a post purchase refund of the discount amount totaling to Rs.3000 Per booking made, into the credit card/ debit card used at the time of the booking.
-	This promotion cannot be clubbed with any other promotional schemes, promotions or sale already running on www.travelocity.co.in
-	Bookings for packages are not cancelable or refundable.
-	In the event you wish to cancel your booking after the cashback has been credited to your credit card, you agree that Travelocity India shall be entitled to deduct the amount of the cashback from any refund to be made to you. You undertake to remit the amount of the cashback to Travelocity India if no refund is to be made to you.

General Terms & Conditions for the above Promotion

-	Travel must originate in India.
-	Travelocity India is not a supplier of the products or services redeemed under this promotion and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
-	Your use of this Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of the Travelocity India website, which include but not limited to, its User Agreement, Privacy Policy and Security Policy.
-	All tickets purchased under the Promotion shall be subject to cancellation/date change rules of the respective airlines / hotels and the date change or cancellation penalty as per airlines / hotels rules shall apply. In case of a cancellation, Travelocity shall adjust the cashback amount, applicable airline cancellation penalty and Rs: 250/- as cancellation and handling charges. The refund shall be processed after deduction of the same.
-	The Customer shall be required to give accurate personal information and details online for the tickets purchased on the Travelocity India website. Travelocity would not be responsible for any incorrect information given and any loss of damages caused in case of such incorrect information.
-	Each cashback is processed through a transaction reversal corresponding to the original payment transaction made. The cashback amount will reflect on the card statement of the customer and will not reflect on the flight ticket or the hotel booking confirmation voucher. The Cashback shall be issued to the same Credit Card used for the purpose of making the payment at the time of purchase, within Fifteen (15) working days from the date of purchase.
-	Travelocity India and its affiliates apply a credit and risk check (the “Travelocity Risk Check”) on every purchase or transaction made through Travelocity India. Your eligibility for this Promotion shall be subject to you being able to satisfy the Travelocity Risk Check. You agree that in the event you or the transaction fails to satisfy the Travelocity Risk check, you shall not be able to avail any of the offer in this Promotion.
-	This promotion cannot be combined with any other Promotions/discounts/promotions running at Travelocity India. Travel agents are barred from buying tickets / hotels / holiday packages for their customers membership under this promotion. Travelocity India reserves the right to cancel the Promotions or cashback on such bookings, if such a case is brought or comes to Travelocity India’s notice. The applicable cancellation or handling fees shall be made and deducted against your account accordingly.
-	All Customers are advised to check the other applicable terms and conditions of Travelocity India and the Airlines / Hotels before availing the Promotion under this Promotion.
-	Travelocity India shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy of service rendered by the Airlines or Hotels for any loss whatsoever of any nature.
-	Travelocity India reserves the right to do any of the following at anytime, without prior notice to replace wholly or in part, the above Promotions by any other Promotions, whether of an equivalent or similar value, in its sole discretion; or to withdraw it altogether.
-	All terms and conditions of the Promotion are subject to change without prior notice. Travelocity India reserves the absolute right to replace, withdraw and / or alter any of the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time without giving any notice. Information about the Promotion is correct at the time of publication.
-	Travelocity India and their affiliates, including their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct, indirect, special or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Travelocity India will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this Promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of Travelocity India including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures.
-	Travelocity India’s decision will be final on any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Promotion. In the event of any inconsistency between these Promotion Conditions, the Travelocity Terms and Conditions and the specific terms of use, they will take effect in the following order of precedence: (1) specific terms of use, (2) Promotion Conditions and (3) Travelocity Terms and Conditions.
-	The Terms and Conditions of this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of Mumbai, India.
-	All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction. And such disputes shall be governed under the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 (as amended upto date).
