The e-Voucher will be sent to the member within 5 working days on successful completion of the verification as per terms and conditions outlined below. |

All tickets purchased under the Promotion shall be subject to cancellation/date change rules of the respective airlines / hotels and the date change or cancellation penalty as per airlines / hotels rules shall apply. In case of a cancellation, Travelocity shall adjust the e-voucher amount, applicable airline cancellation penalty and Rs. 500/- as cancellation and handling charges. The refund shall be processed after deduction of the same. |

Your use of this promotion is subject to the Travelocity India User Agreement and Privacy Policy. |

There is no restriction imposed by Travelocity India on the stay dates except that this offer is made purely on a first come, first served basis. Travelocity does not make any representations and warranties as to the availability of hotel rooms on any given date. |

All bookings are subjected to satisfying fraud and credit risk assessment and any booking failing to satisfy the fraud and credit risk assessment shall be automatically disqualified from this offer. |

Travelocity India reserves the right to do any of the following at anytime, without prior notice to (i) add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions; or (ii) to replace wholly or in part, the above offers by any other offers, whether of an equivalent or similar value, in its sole discretion; or (iii) to withdraw it altogether. |

Travelocity India and their affiliates, including their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct, indirect, special or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any voucher/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. |

Travelocity India will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this incentive scheme (competition) if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of Travelocity India including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures. |

Travelocity India’s decision will be final on any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer. The terms and conditions of this offer shall be governed by the laws of India. |

All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction. |
