Now, you can get a flat commission of 5% on the gross value of the package booked.

PROCESS:
1. Completes booking on www.tajholidaysflynstay.com.
2. After completion of the booking, the agent is required to fill in the form available on the website. Click here.
3. Once form is received by Travelocity, we will process the commission 14 working days after guest checkout and on successful completion of the verification as per terms and conditions outlined below.

Terms & conditions
-	This offer (the “offer”) is valid for Package transaction with Taj hotels completed and submitted on www.tajholidaysflynstay.com or www.travelocity.co.in until 30th September 2009.
-	The offer is applicable on any package booking (unique Trip ID), except the companion free offer valid for Visa Signature or Platinum Card, SBI Gold card, and Taj Inner Circle member.
-	The commission will be paid within 14 working days on completion of the above process post guest checkout and on verification of the criteria mentioned above.
-	The travel agent is required to hold membership of IATA, TAFI or TAAI to participate in the commission offer.
-	Your use of this promotion is subject to the Travelocity India User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
-	There is no restriction imposed by Travelocity India on the stay dates except that this offer is made purely on a first come, first served basis. Travelocity does not make any representations and warranties as to the availability of hotel rooms on any given date.
-	All bookings made under the offer shall be subject to cancellation/date change rules of hotels and airlines and the date change or cancellation penalty as per hotels and airlines rules shall apply.
-	This offer is valid for Indian Residents and Citizens only aged eighteen (18) years and above. You declare that you are of at least 18 years of age by completing and submitting a booking in relation to this offer.
-	All bookings are subjected to satisfying fraud and credit risk assessment and any booking failing to satisfy the fraud and credit risk assessment shall be automatically disqualified from this offer.
-	Travelocity India reserves the right to do any of the following at anytime, without prior notice to (i) add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions; or (ii) to replace wholly or in part, the above offers by any other offers, whether of an equivalent or similar value, in its sole discretion; or (iii) to withdraw it altogether.
-	Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Travelocity India to conduct further, similar or other offers.
-	Travelocity India and their affiliates, including their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct, indirect, special or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any voucher/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
-	Travelocity India will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this incentive scheme (competition) if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of Travelocity India including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures.
-	Travelocity India’s decision will be final on any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer. The terms and conditions of this offer shall be governed by the laws of India.
-	All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
