To avail the offer, customer is required to make a ‘fly & stay’ for TAJ hotels in any of the following destinations Goa | Jaipur | Jodhpur | Cochin | Kumarakom | Kovalam | Ernakulam | Varkala | Gwalior | Khajuraho | Sawai Madhopur | Chennai | Ooty | Conoor | Madurai | Chikmagalur | Agra | Varanasi where a minimum of two (2) return-tickets and at a minimum of two (2) hotel night(s) are to be booked in the same transaction. Separate transactions made or completed by the same Cardholder will not qualify for this offer. The above cash back will be applicable only on the base fare of the second ticket only, exclusive of all taxes i.e. airport taxes, airline taxes, fuel surcharge or any other applicable tax.
In the event you have made a booking and subsequently need to cancel the booking, the booking terms and conditions of the airline or hotel (whichever is applicable) will apply.
In the event you wish to cancel your booking after the cashback has been credited to your credit card, you agree that Travelocity India shall be entitled to deduct the amount of the cashback from any refund to be made to you. You undertake to remit the amount of the cashback to Travelocity if no refund is to be made to you. |

All tickets purchased under the Promotion shall be subject to cancellation/date change rules of the respective airlines / hotels and the date change or cancellation penalty as per airlines / hotels rules shall apply. In case of a cancellation, Travelocity shall adjust the cashback amount, applicable airline cancellation penalty and Rs. 500/- as cancellation and handling charges. The refund shall be processed after deduction of the same. |

Customers are not bound in any manner to participate in the Taj Fly-N-Stay Offer. Any participation by the shall be voluntary and the offer made by Taj and Travelocity are purely on a best effort basis. The offer to the Customers is voluntary without any contractual obligation or compliance thereof, on part of Taj or Travelocity India, since the offer is purely promotional and subject to availability. |

The Customer shall be required to give accurate personal information and details online for the tickets purchased on the Travelocity India website. Neither Taj nor Travelocity would not be responsible for any incorrect information given and any loss of damages caused in case of such incorrect information. |

Each cashback is processed through a transaction reversal corresponding to the original payment transaction made. The cashback amount will reflect on the card statement of the customer and will not reflect on the flight ticket or the hotel booking confirmation voucher. The Cashback shall be issued to the same Credit Card used for the purpose of making the payment at the time of purchase, within Fourteen (14) working days from the date of purchase. |

Travelocity India and its affiliates apply a credit and risk check (the “Travelocity Risk Check”) on every purchase or transaction made through Travelocity India. Your eligibility for the Taj Fly-N-Stay Offer shall be subject to you being able to satisfy the Travelocity Risk Check. You agree that in the event you or the transaction fails to satisfy the Travelocity Risk check, you shall not be able to avail any of the offers in this Promotion. |

This Taj Fly-N-Stay Offer cannot be combined with any other offers/discounts/promotions running at Travelocity India. Travel agents are barred from buying tickets / hotels / holiday packages for their customers using their own Taj Inner Circle membership under this promotion. Travelocity India reserves the right to cancel the offers or cashback on such bookings, if such a case is brought or comes to Travelocity India’s notice. The applicable cancellation or handling fees shall be made and deducted against your account accordingly. |

Customers shall not be entitled to compensation / benefits in any form whatsoever in lieu of the Taj Fly-N-Stay Offer being availed. Taj shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever or howsoever for any loss or damage or claims that may arise out of or otherwise howsoever from any refusal to honour the offer made under the VISA Taj Promotion for any reason whatsoever. |

Travelocity India will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this Taj Fly-N-Stay Offer if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of Travelocity India including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures. |

All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction. And such disputes shall be governed under the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 (as amended upto date). |
